This is a great basic recipe if you’re using Chamomile infusion to make mocktails and other beverages. Instead of the regular process where we brew the infusion in hot water, cold brewing helps produce a smoother, delicate, and better flavoured concoction without the hint of bitterness. For this simple process, you’ll need:

  • Cold water- 4 cups
  • Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion – 4 bags
  • Sugar or honey – according to your preference and taste

To make cold brewed chamomile infusion, all you need to do is, add the chamomile infusion bags to 4 cups of cold water. Cover and let the mixture refrigerate for a few hours up to overnight. Stir sugar or honey to taste and enjoy the drink as it is or use it to make other delicious mocktails.

Chamomile Infusion Mocktail

A sparkling chamomile infused mocktail needs only a few ingredients but creates a mouthful of bold and beautiful flavours to be enjoyed in every sip! Here’s what you’ll need to make 4 servings of the drink:

  • 4 bags of Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion
  • 4 cups of water
  • Honey (as per your taste)
  • Soda or tonic water
  • Ice cubes

Make cold brewed chamomile infusion following our first recipe. Pour the prepared brew over a tall glass half filled with ice. Stir in some honey and finish off with soda or tonic water.

Fruity Chamomile Fizz

A perfect drink for kids and adults. Serve this at a party and delight your guests with this wonderfully flavoured and tasty drink! To make 4 servings of the drink, you’ll need:

  • 4 bags of Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of grape juice
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 1 cup of cranberry or pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3-4 teaspoons of blueberry syrup
  • Honey or sugar (as per your taste)
  • Soda
  • Crushed ice
  • Thinly sliced apples or pomegranate seeds to garnish (optional)

Make cold brewed chamomile infusion by adding 4 bags of Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion to 4 cups of water. Set the mixture aside in a refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours.

Chamomile Flavoured Lemonade

Take your simple lemonade one notch higher with this recipe. For this, you’ll need:

  • 4 bags of Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup thin sugar syrup
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges for garnishing

For thin sugar syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Brew 4 bags of Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion in 4 cups of boiling water and let the mixture steep for 4-5 minutes. Discard the infusion bags and set the mixture aside to cool.

To make a thin sugar syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir the mixture until sugar is completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool completely.

In a mixing jar, combine sugar syrup, lemon juice and chamomile infusion. Chill in the fridge before serving. Pour over ice and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.

Chamomile Pina Colada

Who doesn’t like pina colada? It’s a classic mocktail and chamomile lends an interesting layer of flavour to it. Here’s what you’ll need to rustle up a batch:

  • 2 bags of Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Honey or sugar, to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoon chopped basil (optional)

Boil the 4 cups of water in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the Te-A-Me Chamomile Infusion bags. Let them steep for 4-5 minutes. Let the brew cool completely.
