  • Sugar – to taste
  • ½ cup of peeled and sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup lemon juice

  • Chilled club soda

In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 4 Te-A-Me Peppermint Infusion bags, grated ginger, and mint sprigs. Let the mixture steep for 10 minutes.
